The Journey
Before
We will meet in person for one or two prenatal visits to discuss birth plan and what your desires for birth support are. For first time mamas, we will discuss through the whole process of labor, what it would typically look like and when is a good time for me to join you and your partner.
During
I will be on call 24/7 two weeks before and after your due date. Once labor starts, I would like you to notify me and the goal is to join you once you transition to active labor. I will be with you from the moment I come to meet you until after baby is born.
After
Once baby is born, I will stay with you until you and baby are settled and have at least had one official latch for nursing. I will also have one Postpartum visit at your home once you're settled to discuss birth experience and/or help with other needs or concerns.
Birth Doula Services $1100
Overview
- 1-2 Prenatal appointments
- 24 hour email, phone, and text support
- On-call Labour and Birth support from 38 weeks gestation to birth
- 60-90 minutes of postpartum support immediately following the birth
- 1 follow-up visit 7-10 days Postpartum

My Credentials
- Completion of Doula Training through a DONA certified training workshop
- Completion of Childbirth Education course through a DONA certified class
- Completion of Breastfeeding Education course through a DONA certified class
- Apprenticed under fellow doula
- Attended 14 births - one planned C-section and 11 vaginal births (3 were VBACS) both hospital and home births, and 2 unplanned C-Section
